Exclamation Hu off, volts at amp 14.03....

power on the HU and volts drop to 7.00 WTF I had sys running , then had to remove it to send to the truck <van> to the shop. Now, when I reinstalled it , the relay turns on , fan runs but the power to both amps drops from 14.03 to 7 volts across the power connections at back of both amps . No fault lights, no power lights, no sound, no majic smoke .... Polarity checked and rechecked. What did I miss ???

shitty grounding job either at the battery or where the amps are grounded to the frame. that is the only cause of this.
