Observed this at another forum.

Some interesting features including the XBL^2 technology (Adire licensed), bottomless motor, very low Fs, and adjustable Qts.
The Atlas series looks pretty good especially considering the price point. Avalanche may be a tad overpriced but we'll see how they perform in time.
Possible good choice for a home theater sub also.

Those subs look very impressive, 16 HZ is really low, that sub is very usuable IMO. where can a Canuck get these?

^^^^yeah, but thats how MTX started. The founder (a baby boomer... no pun intended ARRGGHH how stupid is that!!!)LOL but the founder started making speakers for his Dorm room buddies in the early 1970s, thats how he started. Didn't rockford start the same way?

So lets kill that silly statement quick. Lyod Ivey did not start in his dorm room in the early 70's. He started pre 70's in his Garage growing up in Chicago untill he purchased American Acoustic Labs in 1971. MTX as we know it didnt become MTX untill 1981.
