Welcome to Precision Sound Products! is the best place to get them for cheap they sell 2", 3", 4" and 6" if you want any bigger than that you need to custom make them yourself

Go to the partsexpress.com website and you can order them from there. Not sure if you can even get them from the psp site, it sends you to thriller audio instead I think and I'm not sure if they still stock them.
