I don't know if there was a thread like this before, but what are some of your favorite tools, wether they are air powered, electric, cordless, or even hand tools? Any specific brands preferred over others?

Snap-on, Snap-on and oh yeah Snap-on, but I do believe in using Craftsmen sockets, but still use Snap-on rackets. I'll cheap...those socket are expensive.

if it touches a wire, or anything connectrd to a wire, it has to be klein, except screwdrivers, I love my maxtech screwdrivers (canadian company too)

what about Mac & Gray ..... I notice my dad has a lot of those too besides snap on (he's a mechanic) and he uses CP and IR air tools

me I'm cheap, I just got a basic tool set and it's Westward ...... I I need to do any serious work I go use my dad's shop

as for wood workingtools the brother in law seems to have a lot of Porter cable, Dewalt & Makita hand tools

I use mastercraft wrenches cause they are just as good and have the same warranty as Snap On, Like Westec I also use all Craftsman sockets but Snap On ratchets..........

I like gray tools dodge...canadian company too.

Obviously the ones mentioned, as for favourite electric tool, my milwaukee router.

all snap on and blue point here, weller soldering irons, dewalt and ryobi drills and router , snap on air tools, craftsman table saw

Of all my power tools I like my DeWalt 9.6 drill most. I got it when my dad died in 98, it was virtually new, and it runs excellent still - on the original battery.

For air tools it's a tie between the air saw and the brad nailer. Both were inexpensive and both work without a hitch.
