There's a guy in Toronto selling 5 new Soundstream amp..........all are the Picasso version. When I looked on the Soundstream website there is no mention of the Picasso version.

Are these an older version and are these considered to be a good quality amp for the money?

Thanks.

Picasso amps are an older model, thay are amazing amplifiers but some (not all) had service issues. As most Soundstream amps used proprietary parts, service is now an issue more than ever. It took me 4 years to have a customers Davinci serviced (they finally lost it and had to send a new one). They are an amzing sq amplifer, ***** to the wall, look great (I think) and maybe will do exactly what you want. But when you buy used, you get what you pay for. Send Soundstream an e-mail first to find out if they can still be serviced if the need arises.
