I have one of these in good shap just hanging around and decided I would like to use it. The problem is, I don't have the wireing harness and there is no way to tell what is what (i've checked all over the net). I have this thing completely apart to try to find some sort of markings on the board with no luck.
Does anyone have a harness to sell for this amp or specs to what pin is what?

any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Amp manual from the Kenwood site: ftp://docs.kenwoodusa.com/manuals/OM...-1988-KUSA.pdf

Wow 1988!!! True old school. Looks like that harness does remote turn on, power, and ground. Defro is right about being able to fix it yourself, but be careful. I tried to do some work on an old Pioneer amp recently, similiar problem and I ended up screwing something up. I think I had the soldering iron too hot for what I was doing, should have used some pliers for a heat sink. Contact Kenwood, maybe they have a harness. Good luck.

Thanks Jeep! Your always there to lend a hand.
I came across that document but it really doesnt show me what I need to know. I also contacted Kenwood over a week ago without a reply.

Thanks again.

PS: Im seriously considering those mids you have for sale. Just need some cash first. I gave my word to someone else on buyind 2 amps from them so Im working on that first.

Bump for some solid mids!

Those were cool old amps. A little soft on the power side, about all you'd want to run with that would be fronts - they still sound good though. Look cool too.

Getting the harness would be pretty difficult. I'd be doing the internal wiring suggestion that defro13 made. If you run into serious trouble PM me as I'm just up the road in Barrie.
