Just thinking ahead... Need an opinion.

Same price

140W maximum power
Two-way design
Highly Oriented Polyolefine (HOP) woofer is lighter with less distortion
Balanced drive tweeter
XSW4021

VS

IMPP Composite cone, strong and rigid
High-energy ferrite magnet (woofer)
1-1/8" silver PET film tweeter
Shallow depth basket for wider installation versatility
4" (10.6cm) 2 hole compatibility with removable screw tabs
100W max power
Grills not included
TS-G1047

in other words Sony vs Pioneer

Music is always played loud in the car so i need some that will be able to handle it.

$59.99

Umm it doesn't matter what the max power is, your deck is probably only going to be giving each speaker 18 watts rms at the most, so they probably won't sound too much different.
Unless you're planning to power it with a seperate amp, although I'm sure you would've stated that in your post.

yea no $$ for separate amps for each set of speakers lol if anything I'd power the 6x9's. I just want good sounding speakers that aren't gonna blow or rattle or anything. Just Front 4" speakers

Don't bother buying new ones. Find some 4" ones on ebay for $20 or so and they should work fine...

4" Infinity for $10.00..goin in 2 hours..guaranteed to work

Teri, just look here for some cheap 4" speakers. They will sound as fine as if you'd buy them new and save you money for school.
