Components to replace 6x9

I have a 2003 Dodge Ram and the front door speakers are 6x9's. I'd like to replace them with a set of CDT HD-62 components.
I can easily build a template to mount the mid, I'm wondering where and how to mount the tweeters?

I would try and experiment with them Close to the mid, in the mirror sail panel and the a pillar for starters, keep moving it around and put it where it sounds best. If you are looking to not do much work I have had good luck putting them close to the mid in the same baffle as the mid id in, but it's not always optimal for imaging.
