Those are both terms coined by Mobile Dynamics I believe, alot of people are doing what is normally called a "shake mix" which is fiberglass resin with a small amount of rage gold added to it. It is all stirred up and applied over your fleece or other surface, rage gold on it's own sands like it is drywall mud, it comes off so easy......................most project I have seen using this mix are usually way to wavey because you have to literally sand the shape out of it instead of using the resin and the fleece to get your natural shape...............................now using the mix is alot quicker, but the end result I don't think is as nice...........I think that is what they call "polycrete"

Here is some info on what polycrete actually is, but this stuff would not be sandable at all really...........http://www.acoaus.com.au/matprop.htm
