Sub problem

my friend is haveing a problem with his subs, they are moving out of sequence, they do not move in and out at the same time and they both sound like crap, they are hooked up to a crossfire 700 w amp i think and we have done everything to fix it, but we can't think of anything else, so i have come to u ppl [img]graemlins/bow.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/dunno.gif[/img]

Disconnect one sub, if the bass gets louder with one disconnected then they were wired out of phase. This means that one of the two subs was wired + to - and - to + instead of + to + and - to - . Find out which sub was wired incorrectly. Once you have the single sub disconnected, reverse the two speaker leads and reconnect, if the bass response is much louder, then they are connected in phase.
