You actually want that? hm.
Anyhoo - a general way to progress is to first tape off the entire door, then lay down 3 layers of fibreglass - either mat, cloth, or hey try some Knytex if you want to be different.
Pop the glass off when it is dry and now you have a perfect base to work off of. You can stretch to it, cover it, whatever, and it will fit right onto the door [img]smile.gif[/img]
Of course, you could hack the door to make it a little quicker but that's kinda tricky
