I didn't need amps until I got there when I left they worked fine. I was using subs that were a 0.5ohm load so each amp saw 0.25ohms and so I knew the AB amps wouldn't like that load. It was the drive that took out the amp...it never blew it worked fine when I left and then when I got there it just turned on straight into protect. Nothing in the amp is burnt it probobly just got the board shaken a bit too much

well just got into town a few hours ago.
jesus..what a freaking drive..

first off I want to give a big shout out to my road trip partner Yaniv.
the guys a machine on the road and it was good times this weekend. (From Ocean Deck to Aqua)...lol

Congrats to SPL Inc and Tom Adams on their awesome finish.
Good to see some Canadian representation down there.

I'd also like to congratulate Dale from out West who attended SBN and competed with a rental...lol..pretty crazy I must say..lol
As well I'd like to congratulate some guys from Quebec I met at the awards ceremony.
I didn't catch their names but they competed in IDBL and took home some hardware. Congrats to them and also for making the trek down to Daytona.

I was good times overall this weekend with some pretty crazy stuff going on. Of course the highlight of the weekend was probably Steve Cook and his poor windshield..lol

I've got lots of clips and pics which I will be uploading over the next day or so.

Once again congrats to all who made it down and who represented themselves and Canada.

peace!!!!!!!!!

Finally got home after dropping off George in Toronto ... crappy toronto traffic got stuck on the 401 for over an hour because of some lamp post or something that fell ...
didn't have enough strength to continue staight home so had to take a snooze for a few hours but i'm home safe .... too bad for the cold weather ...
Had a blast down there and would like to thank all Canadians (tom, Spl inc. , George and the boys from pasmag) ...
Got my numbers up in testing (thx spl inc.) but too bad subs didn't hold and blew at last test ...
Found out i had a blown amp too so god that didn't help ... anyhow trip was well worth it ... even if it was 2500km each way ...

Thanks guys, nice meeting up with you guys, you all did some great numbers. Looks like we all had equipment issues of some kind and still managed to do well. Congrats!
