can anyone confirm how many chargers can run off of a 4800watt generator?

15 if everyone is charging at 16 volts and drawing 20 amps.

so realistically probably more than 20.

so would it be safe to say that two-three 4800watt generators could take care of all the competitors power needs?

probably so. will they be run on gas? or are these the new style enviroment friendly hybrid generators?

gas bro.. well if it's safe to assume that 2-3 (lets says 3) will be able to supply the neccessary power for the competitors then this is one less issue to consider now

there is some math involved in use of gens you have to take in to concideration of lenth of extension cords and wire gauge the further you get from the gen you need to go up in wire gauge
