5th Annual Creston Valley Sound-off

I'm going with what Will is saying. He is right on the money, the first year we did this we had 20+/- competitors, year 2 20+/- competitors, year 3 <10competitors, year 4 20+/- competitors. In year 3 I tried to do things my way, and guess what it failed. James has helped me in all other years, and unless I was promised 20+ pre-registers paying upfront (between now and say June 15th), I see no reason to change.
So..... USACI / BassRace (if time permits) / SQ (need more than 3 cars this year!)
What made 2011 show a success is there was always something going on, not alot of standing around and trophies were being handed out by 3:30.

Bill,
There are a few of us here in the Vanvouver area that would make it out to the show. Please inform me if you will be having IASCA sanctioning. I like both IASCA and USACi, but some of us are excited of the prospect of hearing the rumor of potentially having a satellite location of the North America Finals in Vancouver this year (Spring 2013- nothing remotely confirmed) and IASCA points are meaningful to us in that sense if it were to happen.
Thx, JJ

We have committed this year to James, so it will be USACI and if we have time BassRace. Last year was a great event, and no offence, like Will said earlier in the forum we need to use who we have been successful with. I may change my mind if I had 20 pre-registers for IASCA, but this would have to happen in the next two weeks. And what I mean by pre-registers, is laying down the cash in advance.

This is looking like the only event I will get out to this year unfortunately. I sure hope that there will be a few somethings on the sq front worth listening to. As I said before, I am into quality sound and not how loud can you go. This will be the first event I have ever gotten out to see so I hope it is worth the drive. From what I have read, it sounds like it will be worth it. Any chance of this being moved to Saturday tho? Sunday will make it really difficult to make.

Sorry James,
but Sunday will need to be the day...We are married with the car show, and most competitors find Sunday the better day, especially those who work in a shop on a Saturday. Was at a show in Kelowna this weekend, and it was pretty good, lots of guys are running Hetrz, Audison, and Focal, and yes I did see some Morels....all impressive and a few guys said they were going to try and make ours???
