I was wondering if anyone was interested in just holding a BBQ or a informal show, just for the sake of having fun and exchanging ideas. Just a fun day...just have everyone hang out, turn up the cars. Any takers?

 

Absolultely we should all chip in for some trophies and have a fun sound off, this way people scared to compete might actually come out just to have fun.

Hmmmmm, where are you thinking as far as location goes?

Our SPL meter (new termlab) is completely mobile, and I'd be willing to bring it out for a day and meter everyone.

I also have a few fun competition formats wherein it is purely fun, and nobody really comes out a loser or a winner. More of a relay race than a drag.

Travelling far is getting difficult if it is not planned well in advance, usually even then it is difficult.

A Calgary or Lethbridge meet would be fine, but don't know if I could swing much else.
