The stag and doe will be licenced (duh) so only those over 19 will be allowed to participate (sorry
Do you have to be 19 to compete in the SPL comp or just to get into the stag?

I would imagine just to get into the stag. SPL only has the age limit of being able to drive the vehicle there.
