most people do not dislike iasca b/c its iasca, there was a point in time when iasca totally abandoned all of its canadian idbl competitors, i believe that's what set off such big dislike for iasca around here. i know that was the case for me and many others.

AH! That must have been the time when IASCA was in transition. Moe (who was the main IDBL dude here in CANADA) moved down to help run IASCA and for a period there was little action in this area. I think that will change this coming season. I hope there are no hard feelings as I would really like to make 2008 a big year. I'm willing to take suggestions from anyone that has them.

I agree, IdBl is like dbdrag only with imo a mic that isn't as good, a rig that isn't as good, a finals where people aren't as loud, and not as much fun as dbdrag because the head to head action is the only way that we get to see people act like little girls after they get beat by a sandbagger lol. Sometimes dbdrag feels like sitting in a parking lot for 12 hours just for the fun of it and idbl can feel even more like that

I like IASCA because it's just another place to play.... I mean, why discriminate? In the end it's all the same thing.

Make your car as loud as you can, pull in to the lane and put up a number.

I think DBdrag would be better if they adopted the NESPL way of scoring, so that you can't sandbag,,,
