Hello,
All these stores have pros and cons....
I've dealt with all of them at one point or another and basically now I do all the installs my self.
The issue with any store is getting the sales/install team at the right time since they are human for attitude and helpfulness.
The other thing is since you want something the "installer" will do it to their idea of an "install" and it may exceed or maynot even meet your quality of workmanship or taste.
No matter where you go make sure that you have a full understanding of what you want, how you want it and the price that it is going to cost you get there.
Remember what you hear in a treated or untreated sound room isn't what you will get in your car!
try and attend shows and demo some cars...see what they are using and try and understand how and why it is being used that way.
By knowing how installs are done now dont let someone talk you into something flashy or something because its a "brand name" or because its the "world winning" car!
Know your budget, the sound that you want, and how crazy of an install you want.
There are many good guys on here that will not steer you wrong info wise.. talk to them , believe only half of what you hear and put all the info together on your own to decide what is your limit.
I find AudioSource has pretty good pricing, EHR has a wide selection, Radioactive and Auto sonics have good but select brands.
None of them are bad and they ALL have been around for years....so each of them must be doing something right....
