Can't really comment on that since my car didnt have rattling problems to begin with. Im guessing some sort of heavy sticky adhesive or expanding foam would work better at fixing rattles, depending on the nature of the rattle. But that stuff does very little to absorb road noise. But I am seriously amazed at how effective jute was. I have about 8 layers of it under my carpets, 4 layers per door, and about 4 layers in the floor of the truck. Now all I hear is tire noise, engine hum, and some wind noise.

thanks guys for all the suggestions will be trying alot of these places for b-quiet next weekend any sugestions for how much i need to do a realy nice job on all 4 doors in my dodge ram quad cab or does 120sqf sound good have not done it before not looking forward to doing it but result should be worth it
