thanks sppl builder wife, it was good to meet you and mini shadow, im glad he liked his picture, if mini is any indication the future of car audio spl looks pretty good, whacker, the stupid thing is i looked back, saw your car and proceeded to drive right into it, perhaps one of the dumbest things ive ever done, keep in touch with me in regards to the repair, i attribute it to lack of sleep, abundance liquid provisions and just overall dumbness, sorry man

that was a blast.
we were originally goin as spectators, but that changed when I threw my amps in my buddy's car and got 138.2 I didnt expect to break 40 with our setup lol. Thanks to dave for the great show and the awesome favor that saved our asses!
It's too bad my friend couldn't be convinced to catch the trail of rye and beer on saturday though, that was kind of a pissoff.
Learned quite a bit for my first show, and had a great time guys!
OH! and what happened to tim? that looked like it woulda hurt sooo much.

I've got @ 180 mb's of pics as well as a couple videos of the Semi that caught on fire after crashing that held me up for @ 3 hours on my way down. Let me know if ya want some pics or even better.......can someone host? SoundDomain takes toooo looooong to upload.
Dave.. [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img] .Hats off to you and your crew for holding one of the biggest Soundoffs BC has seen. Other than a couple of technical difficulties with the mic everything went off without a hitch.
The 8 re-tries I took on my run to get the mic to register cooked one of my voice coils on my L7. [img]graemlins/cry.gif[/img] Even with only 1 voice coil, and on my 9th attempt I still pulled off a 140.0 [img]graemlins/freak.gif[/img] although I was 2db short to advance. In qualifying I pulled a 142.3 and sandbagged a bit hoping to pull off a 145ish on my next run. Oh well. Fun anyways.
I gotta sunburn to attend to, complete with the racoon since I was wearing my shades all day.
I was gonna bug Tim Turnbull if he had matching scratch marks on his back. [img]tongue.gif[/img]
I will hopefully see some of ya again August 8th at Visions Electronics in Kelowna for the DBDrag Event and again on August 21st at Visions Kamloops (DBDrag/USACi).

we had 3 audio control 3055a's there just in case of technical difficultlies and it took parts of 2 to get through the day, lots of people got lots of sun, what did you think of the idea of having the rc cars there for the day, i thought it gave people something cool to watch cuz sometimes watching cars run get a wee boring, we will be there in kamloops, dont forget about the show at performance car audio in north vancouver, wces is putting it on with them and mike bisson i believe, pat and the boys will make it a great day im sure, i cant make as i'll be in calgary for a wedding, thanks for the props
