hmmm interesting........... It sure looks like the airbag went off in this pic from the CTV evening news. I don't think it would of help much anyways.. since the Viper is a convertable and it was fliped.

Probably vehicular manslaughter which is not that major but in all honesty that's all it was. He admits he missed the stop sign and admits he didn't see them. He may go to jail or lose his license and get a lot of community service.
