yea ive given up on the plans i had to unveil my car for the triple..... i dont have the funds or time to get it all done before then, so instead im just gonna concentrate on some good ole SPL and leave it ugly for now... (we all know ugly and SPL go together like a fat kid and seconds....)
Okay. Its been a long time since I have been to a db drag event. can someone please explain the classes to me. Are they 2 sub and 3sub ect class?, or do they go on surface area? or do they look at how much power you run?. AAAHHHH trying to get ready.
Street A: One amp, 1 12" or 2 10" subs.
Street B: Two amps, 2 12" or 1 15" subs.
Street C: Four amps, 4 12" or 2 15" subs.
These are very brief rules an only apply to enclosures under the window line and in the cargo area.
I'd suggest briefing up on a few rules at dB Drag Racing .

I was just on the db web web page and I read that a person in street or super street can not have there engin running. section 1-3. So how do you charge your battery with no alternator, bring in a step down transformer or line convertor.
Super Street you can run your engine.
Street and Street Max, you may not run your engine.
As far as how you recharge your battery... you don't. You run your car, pull into the lane, and then turn it off for your run. After your run, you may start your car again and allow the battery to recharge. Since it is an indoor event though, you will have to bring a charger to recharger in between runs anyways.

I will be looking for a couple people to split the cost of the plug in with..It's $65 and as I understand,4 people can go on one outlet...$16 or so per person..
I will be in Street A and I understand that everyone will be divided up in classes...
Who wants to share an outlet with me??
PM ,Email, or let me know here...
