whats the pay like? and what skills does a guy need 
If its just slap in speaker and decks its all good, are they willing to train properly someone whos willing to learn..

We have some of the Best in the Biz.
Yes we are looking to train Guys with the right Drive.
We also preform MORE than just Decks and Speakers
Pay will based on Experience.
