I think you should maybe run some 14 awg power wire to your sub amp from your battery. The voltage drop should be around the 4 volt area. That will keep the minimum going. If all else fails.....TURN THE GAIN DOWN ON YOUR FREAKING AMP!!!!!!

I see you tried ported box and some free air subs. Have you tried sealed box yet - maybe that will lower you db to 130. Nice pics by the way and tell your cousing I'm calling FBI.

Add some brown bread to the back of the speaker cones, double the enclosure size and tune it for 22Hz.. Then let me hear it...

try using some silicone , place it where the former meets the spider...nice thick glob will help... also make sure to put lots on the speaker wire before inserting it to the speaker terminal [img]smile.gif[/img] i've heard that's what Alma Gates did
