You're sool, I know of me and one more member on ssa forum that he owes to, he said he's done totally with audio and he moved to welding.

sool?... nevermind welding, this guy sells so many boxes and then **cks people over like that, the worst part is my box was done, he just had to ship it, I'm not letting this go just yet

Well good luck, hope you get somewhere, I was looking into small claims, but I wanted to give the guy some time to get back on his feet.
I sent him numerous e-mail, with last one saying forget about refund, just build the box and get this over with.
If he's back on his feet, and welding his **** off, I'm sure he has time to build box for ported 8's, I mean it should take him a day or two ?
He blew me off it seems, maybe I'll look into small claims, see where I can get with that.

I do how ever owe 3 people refunds for enclosures and they will be getting
those refunds once I am back to work....I just spent the last 4 months
in school upgrading my welding ticket and I should be back to work by the
middle of next month...
I do appologise to those that have been patiently waiting but under the circustances there just wasn't anything financially I could do...my wife has
supported my family for the last year and a bit on $10 an hour leaving us
almost $40,000 in the hole and broke 5 min after she cashes her paycheque...
we were forced to filed bankruptsy 3 months ago and I put ALL personal
debt on it to protect us from any legal action but I will be refunding the 3
owed enclosure customers regardless
(as soon as I start pulling in a paycheque)

An idiot who sent his friend items to help with his business ( who was supposed to get paid for all items wanted- so the CDT's you wanted, the termpro, the alternator etc. WHere the CDTS sat waiting to get installed, then u telling me you dont want them no more and say youd sell them for me, got stolen and some how recovered and then sent back to me with tweets barely working, but hey no big deal right. I can keep going. LEts go into the alternator and termpro should we... When i have time mb but for now i have waisted enough time(couple years ) on this and you.

I decided to take the BPX 2200 and the Termlab off your hands
(those two units are paid in full and I have proof of all e mail money transfers)
the CDT's are and I never wanted them...they were in working order
when I shipped them back to you with a couple clipps broken on the tweeter
mounts...you took them as is so STFU and I sent the alt back to you also
