I dont know much about the comps, but I believe we are put in power level classes?

Now, I got a T2500 rated for 2500@1Ohm but the birthsheet says 3154@1Ohm... Soo how would I be classed?
Either way my box is specifically built to my daily likings, not SPL, so I doubt Ill stand much a chance against most of you guys...
you'll be classed by your amps 4 ohm ratings, not 1 ohm.... a 2500 watt amp @ 1 ohm should be somewhere around 600 watts at 4 ohms...you will be classed with people with the same ratings to make it more fair

If your running the Rockford Fosgate T2500 then your 4ohm rating would be 1500wrms.

So do I get some kind of ??? No time to test and tune so this should be good for 10db...I think we did a 144 last year in the civic, compared to your 152ish last year....you would have won with a 9db ....LOL
Soundstream XXX amps do not have a 4 ohm rating, it starts at 2 ohm and you are correct 2200 watts @ 14.4 volts but its at 2 ohms not 4.

Ah k. So I would be 600-1800 Stock Division if Im reading the limits right. My 4ch counts aswell? I would still be under that class anyway, 60x4@4Ohms + 1500@4Ohms = 1740.

you'd have to google the amp ratings. the xxx amps are the same, there are 4 ohm ratings, just have to hunt a little bit.... for instance,

soundstream xxx 10000d ratings are as follows:

13.5 v, 4 ohms, 2130 wrms
14.4 v, 4 ohms, 2200 wrms
16.0 v, 4 ohms, 2268 wrms

13.5 v, 2 ohms, 3350 wrms
14.4 v, 2 ohms, 3700 wrms
16.0 v, 2 ohms, 3846 wrms

13.5 v, 1 ohms, 4470 wrms
14.4 v, 1 ohms, 5300 wrms
16.0 v, 1 ohms, 5520 wrms
(info gathered from italian site----also should be in the manual as thats where they found these ratings)

as for the SD 12K, I`ll look into it but 4 ohm rating should be somewhere around 2000-3000 wrms at 4 ohms

Hi All, Just wondering if the SQ sanctioning has been figured out/finalized yet?
If so, which sanctioning body?--IASCA or USACi and which categories are you running in each. There are rookie, amateur, and pro cars here in Van that may be interested in coming up if you can confirm.
Thx
