There are a couple coming up in July. One on the 26th at future shop(don't know which one yet)and the other on the 27th at auto temp. From what I was told it is at the 42nd ave sw.

Make sure you come on out to both, so you can see a colt that kicks some serious ***, a car with an 8 track player that pounds out most stereo's and last but not least, a Civic stuffed with Sony.

LOUD!!!!!!!

Wink

I don't know how many of the F.S shows I will make....I work every Saturday...

I want to do my best to make the show at the Round Up Centre...Indoor DB drag!!How Sweet!!

But beyond that, time and money will be 2 very big factors for me....Money being the biggest...

Is it just me,or are the db drags this year alot more expensive than last year?Don't get me wrong, not complaining...more an observation than anything...

We will see what we will see!!

Keep on Thumpin'!!

Cool

Db Drag...IDBL....Jim Bob's House of Pancakes....I don't care who runs it or where its at...Put a mic in my car..Give me thumb's up and let me pound the crap(and rust) out of my car!!

Its all good...Don't care who runs it...at least not yet anyway...we will see how this year goes...who knows next year...a points chase with an 8 Track?

If I can afford to make it,I will be there...I love this sport!!I could do this 24-7!!

But thanks though,LBKC...

BTW..Check out the new sig,Rob...I think you will like it...hehe

im planning on hittin the auto temp summer thunder....hooters bikini car wash.... need i say more?? AND beer? yea i dont much like the iasca style comps, i say head to head, loudest wins is the best way to go, cus u can actually use strategy, rather then u get 2 30 second runs, it takes 6 hours to do so, and then whoever hit the loudest 4 hours ago wins.... theres no competition in it in my opinion, u dont have your buddies there tellin u ur behind .2db in the semi finals so do somethin to get it louder in the next 10 seconds or your done....
and the classes are kinda weird.... its all bout surface area?? so i put my 2 12s on less then 200w total against 2 12s seeing 800 each?? ill keep my $30 and put it towards slurpees and more gear for next year.....

i would like more info on this show at the round up tho... whats the deal??

actually no, if using the same class system as last year, one would be mini street the other would be super street, but i believe this year, it would still be street 1-2 vs super street 1-2, IDBL allows one amp PER sub, and one battery PER amp, and the smarta** comment about having a class for every possible combo, was great, why not have one class to save organizers from having to buy trophies, or the time of having to put things into classes, maybe we could start on time for once eh? hey we can even save time and get everyone out quicker, if we just eyeball it and only mic the extreme cars to see whos loudest outta them we could shave like 3 hours off the event and make up scores for the other competitors whos systems arent worth putting a mic into

there we go man u and i are wicked we just solved the class problems for DB DRAG AND IDBL! and the problem of starting events on time, and havin them run efficiently. rock on

Umm, wouldn't those cars be in the same class for dB drag as well? Perhaps we could start a new organization with a class for every sub subdivided by every possible amount of watt's from 100 watts to 50,000 watts. I can't wait to buy the trophies for that one! </font>
yep.. unless 1 car has extra batteries.. or more than 2 amps..
