k, work with me on this one..

The picture is tagged with the domain of the site I own (canadiancaraudio.com)
The picture was taken, by me. Thus, I own the picture.

So, that being said. If he doesn't want his vehicle photographed, park it in the garage.

Playing devil's advocate here... But HE owns the truck, so therefore the content of your picture is owned by him... That statement reminds me a bit of the Napster case, and we all know who won that bout. What say you to that, sir

I say to him and everyone else to challenge the merits of copyright ownership of a vehicle that was publicly viewed at a public event.

how come on tv when they film stuff in public for a reality show half the people have their faces blurred? don't they have to sign a waiver allowing the use of their face on tv? even nick cannon's show had people walking around with waivers for the people featured on camera, and his last name is cannon

Have you ever watched a sporting event on TV? More importantly, have you attended a sporting event that was televised, and if so, did you sign a waiver in case you are accidentally filmed? No. When one chooses to appear at or participate in a public event they voluntarily give up their expectations of privacy. This means people can freely take pictures or film you. This is different than being in a restaurant, shopping center, or even walking down the street where there is no reasonable expectation that someone may be filming or photographing you.
