I have 2 caps in my car right now, and my class only allows 1 Cap. Can I just disconnect the ground to one of the caps or do I have to completely disconnect it?

 

in reality you could probably just take off the ground. but im gonna guess that people will question it and say its not fair bla bla bla, so i'd take it off just to save the trouble of poeple complaining about u.
