Just wanted to remind folks (and specifically show promoters) that if you're a business and you want to start posting things like.... Oh, I don't know, a full thread about updates to your business for the upcoming year... this is considered advertising and isn't allowed.

We aren't complete jackasses and have given you a way to advertise your shows but we request that you follow it.

Anything else WILL be deleted.

So... as a bit of a clarification.. (and I don't mean to name names, but it will make things easier)

IASCA - a large international company that you PAY to compete with. You cannot post your seasonal plans here without being an advertiser.

dbDrag promoters - Again, you are a business who gets paid to put on shows so you can't post up a big list showing off where you're going to be all summer. (this is why we have a specific show posting format!)

SPLTV - A sexy Ukrainian who makes NO money off posting his videos and does it because he's a nice guy. (for the love of the sport and all that!) ... HE can post his videos without any worries. (but leave out all the TF-One advertising.. or that goes to commercial!)

Bumping this up because some people have clearly missed this post.

For further clarification...

IF YOU'RE A BUSINESS YOU CAN'T POST HERE WITHOUT BEING A PAYING ADVERTISER.

I don't care if it's general announcements about your shop, you're looking to sponsor people or you want to give away free hand-jobs.

Good enough?

This site costs a LOT of money to run and if you don't want to help the cause then you can find other ways to get the word out. Meanwhile the people who ARE kind enough to pay a few bucks every month to keep us around deserve to have their investment be worth while.

Also - I understand I'm being a bit of a jerk over this one lately. There's a very good reason for it. If you want details feel free to PM me.
