Getting back in Competing: w/Fiat
Well,, after many many years of being a spectator, and helping team mates I'm getting back into the competition aspect.
After much deliberation, and searching I have decided on getting a hold of a
Fiat Panda.
Much searching was done, and I actually found one in Canada!!!!
Going to look at it next weekend. Good price too.
Not sure what the equipment is going to be, but that'll come later.
So, hopefully this deal will go down... so excited! Just a couple of pics.
One of the guys who works for us has many antique cars and knows a lot of people and he found it for me.

Ya, called the guy back today and the only thing it needs is an exhaust.
Probably have to custom make one.
The pictures are from when he had it in 1995!
It's sitting in a barn now, but he insists it runs well! Probably going to need
a coat of paint too!
It was shipped over years ago with a bunch of old army jeeps to a dealer.
This guy picked it up for his son, but the son didn't want it, so it's been
sitting the whole time.

So, the guy called ME today.
I thought that he was calling to tell me, "no deal"
Turns out that he wants me to come and look at it A.S.A.P.
It's sitting in his paint booth right now and he wants it gone!
Since he got it origionally for his son, in 1995 the son is now 32 and doesn't
want it, the Dad wants his paint booth back.
So, Im figuring that I'll be able to pick up the car for dirt.

I've tried to phone the guy to ask some more critical questions, but he's not home right now... have to get to the bottom here.
