I know but with 110 points 4 LOUD americans will drop out of the clas assuming they only keep the top 15 points guys in the class

The Top 15 is selected by the Top 15 certified scores with 100 points..

eg.. Person 1 has a ceritified score of 150, and 100 points
Person 2 has a certified score of 145, and 200 points
Person 3 has a certified score of 151 and 94 points

Person 1 would first get selected because he has the highest certified score with over 100 pts..
Person 2 would get selected after..

ahh ok I get it...damn... well atleast my 149.0 will get me somewhere stilll but if I make finals in STREET A that will bump Chis B
