I recall that in the late 90s there was a marron pick up truck if I recall correct that was sporting a trio of JL woofers. This person was a relative newcommer to the SPL scene.

damn I miss the good ol days... I even remeber building that damn foot well area with the stupid pedals in the ultra van... That van was crazy 24 PG 12's with 12 or 24 PG zx500?( the 600 watt ones)
or the stupid asz crankenstein van with the 12 18's, even autosonics from guelph has a crazy *** set up with a wall of 12 PG xmax 12's with 12 ZPA0.5's
how about our good buddy spaz( thats what I always called him cause he was so wired) with the green civic with 8 15's in a pac-man style box
we just talked about him at one of the shows with Nick
Im feeling soo old right about now my hair is turning gray as I type
but the worst feeling I ever got was when I sat in Def Jeff's van (yes Audioworx) when he hit the 165.8dB at Slam Jam finals in Centenial park I belive in 1998 or 1999 I nearly crapped my pants
back then it was all PG or JL well soundstream too

dont forget MTX was used back in those days as well..
see I wasn't sure where the Astro with the PG gear was from..I thought they where from Ottawa but I guess I was wrong location wise.

I met like Frank and 20hz audio and team chase and a few of those guys at World Finals in 2001. But thats it for eastern guys.
