So lets ask the newbie question here ...

In reality, what does this really mean?

what this really means is that they came up with funds to pay CCA, which in return allowes them to post their show info and other updates.

I think this is something that should have happened a really, really long time ago.

Unfortunatelly, this probably means nothing for you as this is only the Eastern IASCA/Db Drag group that came up with the money and the shows they put on a only in Ontario and Quebec. You gotta get someone from the West to step up to the plate now.

Actually, it's my understanding that all Iasca shows are allowable if posted by Jason. I'm sure Jason will chime in with all the details.

I just wanted to say thanks to Rick and the admins from CCA and Larry from Sound Solution for getting all the the details worked out which now sees IASCA and DB DRAG as CCA Sponsors.

What this means for you is: being able to come to the site and see all the latest news, Event postings and event results. Some of these post will now be sticky's and others will be posted throughout the web site. Some will be combined with IASCA's biggest sponsor Sound Solution under the SQ section.

Don and I will be the ones SOLELY responsible for posting ALL SHOW POSTINGS, but for all of you please fell free to post reply's, ask questions or give your .02 worth...ITS all good.

Now with the good news comes some HOUSEKEEPING RULES that both Don and I agreed to with CCA to be allowed to post event info on CCA.

1. There is to be absolutely NO product advertising on any postings on IASCA or DB drag, show banners or event info. Only product or services that are advertised by paying CCA vendors are allowed...THERE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE.

2. When Don or I, post info of a upcoming event it will include the location, the store name, the type of event, the cost of entry fees, the address and any other important/special request about the show. It will not mention the participating stores or companies brands. However should the participating store or company wish to advertise here on CCA before there event you can contact Don, myself or RICK to find out how to do this..Its a great package that was arranged by CCA and IASCA/DB Drag.

3. Any violation of this will be dealt with as per CCA rules.

So lets do what we have to do to keep within the guidelines and we can all enjoy the various threads and valuable info about the 2010 season for both IASCA and DB Drag.
