40 $ for idbl, do we get cash back instead a trophie ?. Jesus i just think that a little steep, make no wonder people dont show or compete.

 

dont forget there are two segments to compete in for IDBL at this show for 40.00. EASTERN AND OVERALL CDN CHAMPIONSHIPS. The price is very fair considering the expenses!!!

 

I should hopefully be there. I just have to remind the boss I asked for that night off.

i will for sure be there.......and i think all the dedicated db drag folk should make the effort to attend and compete

 

$40 for a 3x event is damn cheap, thats the going rate for a 2x event for any competition organization. and there will be trophies for sure, I personally have no issue paying the money and ive been to a lot of shows this season, the guys that dont compete are the ones that cry about the entry fee's so dont be one of those guys.......show up, compete, have fun, and you will see more shows for next season.

Keep in mind that there is alot of behind the scenes work that goes into making these events happen and not alot of profit.....the judges do this for the sport and the competitor's..... not so much just for themselves.

 

I've had this date marked on my calender for over a month now... can't wait to see all the vehicles!

 

This is the big one for all the SQ cars in the area. I will be there with what should be a finished car. It might even sound decent this time around.
