you need 75 points to be invited to worlds to compete, you don't need any to watch tho. a 1st place win is 8 points, 2nd is 7, 3rd is 6, and so on. a double or triple point event is just that, it doubles or triples the points. you can also get a bonis point just for having a membership($35) for db drag, and pre-registering an event you are going to be at.

new people are greatly welcomed in the sport of car audio, and I myself, don't mind helping the new guy out at all. we were all there once, and some of us got alot more help than others, just by asking questions..

One other question I have is roughly how many DB Drag shows do we have a year within traveling distance to the Lower Mainland?

it depends on what gets scheduled for the year. this year I went to about 20 shows all over b.c., db drag, usaci, and Iasca. again, it is something you have to check 3 or 4 places to find out what shows are where, we try to do our best at letting everyone know when shows are going to be by posting it here, but sometimes they get missed, and you don't find out until the last minute, or even after it's done..
