hey guys, so i finaly got rid of the pyramid and moved up to JL 10" W0-4
i will be building a ported box for it to the JL specs 16"x11"x18.75" (35.4 L = 1.25 cubed FT) and port will be 3"x14.7".

2 questings for ya pros out there. With the specs listed above what Hz will the port be tuned to (what is the equation?)? and how good are 10w0-4s?

need to know the port depth jigga.

 

the port is 3" in diamiter, and is 14.7" in langth ie: 3"x14.7" like stated in the fist post

 

jigga u got to let people know its a round port then.

box will be tuned to 30 hz.

very good for music, sucks ***** for spl. but u wont get much spl with a w0 anyways, so u are good.

 

if i want to get lower the 30hz from the port would i have to increace the langth or decreace it?

 

increase. but trust me u dont want to go any lower. 30 is pretty low as is.
