I just heard the ad on the radio for the show. They said it is $20 per person for spectators per day???? come on!! I hope to god this doesn't apply to the db drag event too. If I bring my wife to the event, do I have to pay $20 for her to come in too?

Hey Adam,, I know its bogus that there is a 20 dollar entry fee just to the grounds, and the real funny thing is its the same weekend as darknights in markham. I guess his ethic behind it is Trenton is having its sidewalk sale during that weekend but in reality if I could only afford to attend one event, i'll be in markham. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I just mainly posted this as it is a event in Eastern Canada.

I am no affilation what so ever to Solar Systems or Creative Customs.

BTW its Ironic that Solar systems / Creative Customs is hosting the event. Seeing which store resides beside Creative Customs..

Yea...Kevin (creative customs) wanted to know if our shop (Red Ball Radio) wanted to host the event. Solar system decided to run it and shortly thereafter Ego Audio opened.

An entry for spectators [img]graemlins/dunno.gif[/img] $10 says people sit somewhere around the grounds and watch from a afar thats riduculous I can see maybe a $5 entry but forget $20 barely anyone will show. Its Trenton for freak sakes... I went to the one in Picton last year. Where exactly is it bein held? By the arena? Or by the airbase?

Its by the arena, I believe they are occupying the whole park from the boat launch to the skateboard park.

Its 20 dollars to get into compact dreams car show where the dBDrag is being held, then an additional entry fee if you want to enter the db drag.

I went to darknight's last year.. 1500+ show cars, 35,000+ spectators, same price to get in.. hmmmm

As for the darknights thing this is bein held in trenton and Darknights has a lot more exposure from previous years a lot more people including that entire area will show at that one regardless of the price because if ya have the money to rice out ur car like some of those guys you have enough to get in lol

BTW its one of the only things that brings people into Trenton, and its local for me so im supporting it as in letting everyone know where its at..

And you know as well as i do,, there is a good number of people that won't drive to markham because of the distance and traffic, let alone the police that dinged over 800 people last year, so they will end up elsewhere like Trenton.
