Is the amp sitting on rubber tabs and stuck on or that's just for testing?

 

they are actually ru bber grommets... only place to put the amp is on the box and they are being used to reduce the vibration being transferred to the amp. the amp is completely off the box except for where the 4 feet sit on the rubber.

 

I had to use a higher grade screw (thicker). The deck screws I tried kept snapping. lol. Even with the rubber mounts and 6 legs to fasten it.

 

Decided today to take advantage of the good weather and went out and shot a video of the mazda in action. No numbers yet but its definitely uncomfortable to sit in ....

 

they also love the expanding foam.

 

theres prolly 4 cans total in the car. great stuff FTW!!!
