Anyone out there who competed in IASCA events in the early 90's? In BC and Alberta, that is.

I used to compete in and around 90/91. I know Sweet and Low and Timmy were. Anyone else?

No need to flash your real name around, but it'd be nice to see if others are still around.

I'm the guy who used to have, until this year, a black 1989 Honda Civic Si. The one with mostly Nakamichi equipment. Hung out with the boys from Sound Oddysey in Abbotsford.

I miss those days.

Edit/Addendum:

Please post the car and equipment you had, and maybe the class you competed in. If you want to drop off a name, just PM me. It would be a bonus if you were at Tempe, Arizona (World Finals).

I did once back around 93 or 4? Cant remember the date.

Anyways , it was a 55 Nomad wagon. Alpine HU, PG amps and whatever speakers I had kickin around.

It was a just for fun thing.

The other guys were pretty cool, hung around together all weekend in Seattle. Got to see and experience some pretty cool stuff.

Do you remember Ken Kwan? Green civic. I think he took the world finals back in 91ish in his class.

Seriously, Most competitions I have done is through my customer's cars....... and it goes way back in 84s.(Red Dodge Colt with 90% Nakamichi gears)then the (90% ADS gear) 87 Buick GN, (80% Nak gears) 89 Mustang, (70% ADS/20% Nak) 86 Turbo Supra...... that's before around 1991-2.

There's about 5-6 cars from 93 and up..... and two of these car & install is still around today.
