Ottawa people - get together - this time it WILL happen!
 

Ok, so for those of you that don't know the new Futureshop in Orleans is having their grand opening this weekend.

My buddy Ravi, who runs the shop there, has asked me to show up with some cars that can show off a little bit.

So... we're going to make this the CCA get together that never happened back in the spring.

I'll be there on Saturday probably from around 11am until about 2pm depending on how many people show up and how the afternoon goes.

The Panda will be there and I'll also be bringing along a few SPL toys for the people that wouldn't normally get to see equipment of this caliber. Not that I have anything too exciting but the average person on here doesn't get to see an Inhuman or Shocker Super Extremes every day. I'll also have some prototype 2loud4you amps along with the prototype Smartass subs if anyone wants to see them. (I have a 15" and a 10")

If I can get my stupid laptop working again I'll also have my meter out for people to spend some time on. (free of charge)

So... anyone interested in showing up?

If you're all completely disinterested just let me know and I'll spend the day doing something more productive, like cutting my grass :cheeky4:

I'm not from ottawa but i'd be interested to come as long as my wife doesn't shoot me first ... (haven't spent one weekend at home this summer)

I'm sure I can get my laptop working.. it's just a matter of spending a few minutes to get it up and running again.. thanks for the offer though! ;)

So much for building a box Saturday. I'll be there and I'll throw in my second sub for the hell of it.

Something I missed at the Arnprior show which might be fun to do if there is some interest, is a $5 outlaw and the winner gets %50 of the pot. The other half would go to you for your time.

I might be using the term outlaw incorrectly, but I'm thinking about when you could place the mic wherever you want on the car.

Also can I get the address?

How powerful of a laptop do you need? I have a old one kicking around I can give you. The battery is toast, but it does work last time I checked.

Not very powerful... the one I run it on now is a P3 with 128MB of RAM...

let me work on it tonight though... I'm not too bad with computers so I can probably get it working ;)

lol ... some people do crazy numbers on outlaw ... bud of mine was doing 149 on windshield and 165 outlaw at exit of one of his aero ports ...

Well Unfortunely i wont be there i have to work till 1 . if you need a laptop Jordy i can Drop mine off Friday and you can use it plus you can fix it as well lol.
