IMHO.. no deal is "made" until money changes hands.

Before that it's all talk about "if/when/how" ... I've had so many people back out on me in the last second of a deal that DJ would be nuts to hang on to equipment and give up other deals because he waited.

The way I see it... nothing wrong has happened.
