Reserve your parking spot

I am doing a roll call for the C.S.P.L Finals. I need to know who is coming so I can reserve power spots and parking for trailers. There will only be 10 Power spots. Trailers will be parked around the building.

ALL competitors will be assigned a parking spot. First ones to say they are attending will get the best spots.

I am trying to make sure the show runs smooth. Timming is everything I am trying to keep everything organized so that all of our guests including vendors and Media can expect the show to start and end on time.

ouch that is 10 right there.

Peter has a good idea. Like my guys going up for sure could share.
If you can put us on the end where we can put all 3 together and pop a tent.

That would be great.

There is room for a little more than 10 cars. i just need to know who needs power so I can lay out the area. I want to keep the extension cords going to one area instead of all over the place.
