You'll be paying a TON from pretty well any shop. Especially if you want work done involving sanding, smoothing, vinyl-ing (not a word) etc.

I guess it depends on how much you wanna spend, though. Maybe its worth it to you.
Fibreglassing is incredibly simple, though, if you were gonna DIY, there are lots of folks on here that might lend a hand

Drop me a line if interested in some dash or custom work.

I dont have a shop or anything but do alot of work on my own.

ive done a few cover cars and built my talon and so forth. more then a big enough portfolio

as for the civic on HCI. frankie only really did a little work on that car.
Ben Bodor and Mark (Kankar) did most of the work on the car, although 20hz is an awsome shop

Definitely talk to Keith. The other idea is that I think you can by premade fibreglass dashes now for certain cars........... or I even think there's a generic one you can buy. Could alway get something like that and cut/rebuild to your personal tastes. Would put you that much further ahead versus starting from scratch.

Just for the record. I PERSONALLY DESIGNED and worked on the rear end of the Ben's civic. A verry large portion of the install was done by the staff at 20 Hz. Including the back seat area where the NOS bottles are mounted, sub box and trunk area were all done at my store. The rear panel was also redone a second time. I also weilded the amp rack (With a little help).
We mounted the amps and subs hours before Ben left to the US show. I take it verry personally when my hard work is not reconized. Not to say no one else had helped here and there. No offence to Mark and Ben, They did help and did all the finishing work but, the design, layout, and rough work was done by 20 Hz. If you would say that I only did a little work on the car that upsets me." YOU DON'T WANT TO DO THAT..."

The only thing I did was screw in the amps. Frankie @ 20Hz did all of the design and build. Ben did the final sand and had it painted.

Porps to Frankie @ 20Hz as they did 99% of the work .... Frankie is badass and his work speaks for himself.

to Frankie !!!

Actually, the truth is that I did all the work on that car by myself in the middle of the nite after Frankie closed up the shop. Sanded it with a nail file and painted her with a toothbrush. Frankie just woke up one morning and it was all done.............. kinda like that shoe-maker and elf story
