My guess would be that once everything sets up,they will unscrew the round peices from the 2x4's and then drop the main body of the mold out the bottom.....But I may be way off too...just my thoughts...

I know it looks a little confusing right now, so maybe I'll clarify a little.

The 2 by 4's are being removed with magic 2 by 4 dissolving solution. Once we cut the sub hole you pour a gallon of that in there, swich it around, let stand for 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly with a pressure washer.

Or the back was intended to be removed for strengthening and removing the 2 by 4's.

So why 2 by 4's? They were laying around, and it's all too easy to cut them with the conveniently located mitre saw. Also I couldn't be bothered with spending anymore than 2½ minutes aiming that ****. Please see our next thread, Camp oh-****-it's-only-7-weeks-til-the-triple-and-we-haven't-even-started-yet!

The filler on the front isn't actually filler, it's filler, resin, and a weee bit of paint that was left in the bottom of the can. I prefer to mix filler and resin to get a more consistent product... goes on easier and sands just as easily. All there is on there is the regular bumpy rough material flavour you get from whichever fugly fabric I used.
