Audiowaves ran three shows last year and we asked Moe to run the IDBL portion of our shows so I could focus my time with the SQ portion and trying to make sure everybody was happy.

We would not be where we are today without Moe but we also have to give thanks to the stores who are putting up the money and time to run the shows we had last year. And from what I recall there was about four to five different shops who put on shows last year. Hopefully they can do the same this year.

Audiowaves we be posting the date soon for our first show.
Yea, I made it to a couple audiowaves shows last year, great stuff, looking forward to going to some more this year, maybe even competeing myself.

Moe IS the man, and I agree it would be nice to see more shops in the GTA having shows.

I'll throw one in for the shop owners as I am one myself... if you are not supporting a shop by purchasing equipment and getting installs done then it is hard for the shop to fund and run shows for you guys... many ppl are now buying products online or from big box store and the small shops that before used to run shows are not running shows because they are not selling to that type of market... why should they run shows?
personally I run shows because I love the sport and will do as much as possible to support it... but how many shows can I fund when there are only a dozen ppl showing and dont want to pay more than $10 to enter... who will put up funds for trophies or cash prizes?
