Nice, 149.9 should be good next year. A few more competitors is always nice.

I completely agree. Although, they did have some "team" coaching.

It's also, nice to have guys in other classes, that have done well and are familiar with the game to share ideas with.

Before the Barrie comp, I'm almost positive I spelled out exactly how I bassraced, and all the little things that helped me. Actually come to think of it, I think it was on one of Soulmusics threads.

Then at the Barrie comp, people were complaining that we were testing and yet, we even let people in our own class practice when they asked.

The fun thing about bassrace is you have different levels of "loud", all competing against fairly equal odds and when your close to the limit, the fun really begins. It really is anyones game.

My thoughts exactly. SO, MR. FREE LANCE bassracer... whats it going to be?

Yep DS , I had asked for tips on Bassracing, you spilled your guts.. probably the only tips I got in hours of searching.

Also right that we did indeed have some "team" coaching.
No less than 3 ppl had a hand in our tuning and tip giving.

I like the team idea, just as a sort of " good music friends" idea though.

The way I see it, as long as teams are willing to help ppl outside their own team. (Try asking for help, not a hard thing to find )
Then a team is not really much of an advantage, its still only one vs one in the lanes...
but the custom banners and stickers are cool

lol ... Nick and I have been friends for a little while now. I asked him about joining when we first started the team. He wasn't sure about what was going to happen with vehicle/system so he just recently decided he would be good to go.

He is a solid bassrace competitor and friend. Of course we wanted him on our team. He had the choice to join a local team (Team GPS), or stay "free lance", but I'm glad he has chosen to join our team.

There's nothing quite as exciting as a goal when yer young is there?......

Keep yer eyes open sonny, I may be pulling together a Grampas only team for next year......I'm going to call it "The Good Old Boys" and I'll be calling on the 2 old guys from the TD Bank commercials to be our mascots......
