it's not the money holding me back, it's trying to get the time off. would definatly want to do this trek in a 2 stage run. 20 hrs is a long time to be driving.

this is where I think sunday shows kinda suck. Saturday shows.....yeah, leave early from work friday, whole shot it, compete, sat night, take it easy, sunday run it back straight thru, be ready and able to work again monday.

ya i hear ya there... im laid off right now so doesnt apply so much for me.... it sucks around here for work there is lots of work but nothing that pays more than... 12 or so an hour... pretty shitty... it wasnt bad before with the sawmills and stuff but they arent so hot anymore....

well im used to oil field money i used to rough neck then came here... and umm holy kick in the ***** my rent is more and i make waaaaaaaaaaaaaay less hahahah

ahah ya funny how that works.... you probably have more of a life though now, no? i dont know ive done alot of labouring type jobs and i think im getting kinda sick of it... i think its time to find a good indoor job (if there is any) and not have to worry about down time do to wheather or whatever... no break up or anything like that.. the one mill i was at was pretty good for that... they would run right through break up usually where alot of others would be shutdown

actually not really... i used to do 14 on 7 off so while i was gone from home for 14 days i got 7 strait off even if tewo of em were spent travelling to and from the rig

o really eh.. well thats not too bad then i kinda wanted to try and get in on a camp job but i ended up not going because i didnt really want to be gone from my kid for too long eh

I lookin into new job my self, potash mine... starts 21-23hr.

Oh and BTW will I drove to cali on there hours sleep in one shot LOL... took me 20 hrs or something.
