But like you said, you wouldn't be allowed to run Stock.
They're probably going to have "pro stock" next year for guys like you though.

You are allowed one sparkomatic bass tube ran off your deck. No battery. Just a Canadian Tire 12volt drill battery. Vehicle must be a K-car or an early to mid 80's civic. Power wire must be lamp cord wire, and speaker wire must be bell wire. Deck must be either factory cassette, or Koss discman.
What do you think?
I'll email Wayne about it and get back to you.

ahahaha that's great@!
i think the street classes are getting rediculous! in db drag there's no more "beginner" class or anything. they are just as competitve as extreme, if not worse! i have probably spent ober 800 man hoiurs into my system this summer. (over 5 months)!!
just my .02 but this is basicly my first and last year of doing the street classes this intensely!

it's true..street classes are amazingly competitive... to be in the top 10 of any street class you must hit a minimum of 150dB...myself as a shop owner dont even have time to make something big...got lots of vehicles to build in..but not enough time... so street A works well for me, and still I've spent several hundred hours working on the perfect box for my rabbit... hopefully I can do something a little more drastic for next year... I don't like competing against my customers in the same class
Hey guys, I don't mean to sound like I'm "pitching" IASCA and IdBL, but the Stock classes in IdBL are geared exactly for the new competitors who don't have a big budget, why not give it a try?
Plus, you don't have to be in the top 10 to get an invite to Finals...
Peter (MTA), how many of your team are planning to attend the IASCA Finals?
