Well guys, no finals for us. Let me tell you about our time since we got back from Edmonton.

We started designing again in order to get louder. Curtis also ordered a pressure sensor. We build some fiberglass for the CRX, and also a cement box.

The pressure sensor arrived. Curtis tested it. Hmm, only a 151.5. Maybe it's lower than Rays? Nope. The spiders on the 9912s let go and one jumped the gap. Ok, no worries, we still have the APXs right? Nope. First burp the cones released from the spiders. So 2 dead sets of subs. So much for worlds, we have no testing time.

Well, we decided to get started on the extreme 1 car. Today went like this:

Subletter: You guys drive the insurance up by $7800 a year, get out.
Us: damn.

So, no subs, no shop. So much for Worlds.

I'm sure you can figure something out??? shop insurance went up or car insurance? really sorry to hear that

we were gonna order extra 99s, but they'll never be here in time to get any testing done. And now with no shop, we have nowhere to test.

What were you doin' to drive his insurance rates up so much, sellin' dynamite!??

I sublease a 3 bay, 2 hoist shop in our building, we're on Macleod Trail & have been here 13 years (it's even up for lease right now, $1700 a month + 1/2 utilities for anyone interested), and our insurance has never gone up due to our sublease'r...

that's too bad...if i couldn't represent canada at worlds for street B...then i really wish that curtis could have, but blowing those cones really sucks. hopefully you can make it in time. if not then there is always next year - we'll bring double trouble to the worlds from canada. he he he....
